Gourmet Traveller at Aubergine

Things just keep looking better for the crew at Aubergine. Fresh from scooping the regional pool at the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide Awards, the team are back on the front foot and looking towards hosting their first dining event in conjunction with Gourmet Traveller Magazine.

It all takes place on Monday 19 November and will be hosted by Peter Bourne, whose name is synonymous in Sydney with fine wine, and one not to take a passive role in an evening’s entertainment.

A similar dinner is to be held at the Ash Street Wine Cellar, a more intimate and delightful location within Justin Hemmes’ own Xanadu – Ivy on George Street – a clear demonstration of the quality if this event.

To get the tick of approval from Australia’s premier food and wine magazine is yet another achievement for owners Andrea and Ben Willis. As the silly season closes in, there can be little doubt tickets for this event will sell quickly – so get in early and secure yourself a seat at the table for a truly delicious and indulgent experience.
